What's on the 59 DVD set of charmed?

[pleasehelp]

I have the Ultimate Collection of Charmed which has series 1-8 and extra bits. It only has 48 discs. However, I keep seeing a 59 set of discs of the full 1-8 series of Charmed. Can anyone tell me the difference? Or why there are 59 discs?
