so i'm 16 now.. and I do know that its a bit old to start training.. but I do have ALOT of background in sports
1 year swimming
6 years Ballet
5 years figure skating
2 years XC skiing
3 years snowboarding
So where do you think I could go from there? like whats something I can start training for if I ever wanted to do Olympics (I know im suppose to start training for this stuff since your like, 5 but still ideas...)
Also, I am a big build, NOT FAT, just big, so would track and field be something I should look into?
