...can fight? I saw a video on youtube of Vitor Belfort vs Shogun Rua and i wanna know how u do that for ex. BJ Penn vs Chuck or Anderson Silva vs GSP
 
No such mode.

Some fighters, such as Vitor Belfort, BJ Penn, Rich Franklin, and Brandon Vera can fight at two different weight classes. Belfort can fight at MW or LHW; the LHW version fought Shogun in that video.
 
I don't think there's such a thing.
