whats the Best car audio setup for under 400?

Im looking to buy sub(s) and an amp that can support them. and would also like to buy a set of door speakers Hopefully decent quality and a good price. I mostly just want good sound quality, i listen to a lot of Dubstep and hip hop.

get two kfc w3012ps with a alpine mrp-500 wire them in 2 ohm mode set them to the amp
