I train mma and I run 15 to 20 min on the treadmill about 4 days a week for my cardio. I run at speeds that push me for that long of a period so that when i get into a match I can somewhat be prepared to not gas out. What do you guys think of this for cardio or can anyone think of some ways to change it up. New techniqs welcome
