Whats The Best Cruse Line?

Me & my girlfriend are trying to plan a cruse. We can't be gone longer than a week. And it can't be super expensive. We are trying to spend around 300 - 400$ each. We were thinking mexico. But are open to any suggestions, or advice.
Does anyone have any advice on choosing Cruse line, or any tips or experience to share.
