What's the cheapest PDA with WiFi and a decent sized screen?

Min screen spec: 3", 4k colours. But I don't suppose that excludes many PDAs except a few old models which wouldn't have WiFi anyway! If you're not sure about the screen please post anyway...

I just got the htc touch and it seems to do all I want it to work-wise http://www.htctouch.com/ - Good gimmick factor too tho that should wear off when all my reminders come in!
