windows phone 7 phones will normaly have better hardware and many ppl who reviewed it are saying that it is better than android
 
im looking to get a new phone and all i see is android or windows.......what one is better over all......faster.....faster online
 
The Android OS and Windows Mobile are two different operating systems. The Android OS is probably more user-friendly, in that it's more customizable. You know what you're getting with the Windows Mobile OS. Almost everything you use on your normal PC (mainly MS Office), in a mobile phone format. Looks, acts and feels like Windows. Go into the store and test them out.
