burning fat and burning calories? i have a belly that i want to get rid off.. i mean i know how get rid of fat...by walking on trade mil....but that takes forever...my friend told me running actually burns muscle ... i dont wanna burn muscle...im trying build muscles and burn fat....please help....thanks a lot
