i went to tonethis.com as suggested by a verizon worker to get ringtones. my brother did the same and it worked for him but not for me...i sent the thing like 5 times and im not getting it..i think i know the problem though. it asked me for like a handset number or something, i have the samsumg glyde so i put the number that said glyde after it cuz i cant find it on my phone.my brother found it on his battery but i cant find the battery on my phone. could this be the problem?
