What's the healthiest foods to eat while dieting?

So i've been eating really healthy. As healthy as i can.
No snacking or anything, If i do it's fruits or veggies. I eat small proportions when I eat meals.
And i've been working out too! Is it okay if I don't work out a full 30 minutes a day though?
I work out for maybe ten or fifteen, go in my sauna for about 15.
Then I walk maybe 10 mins, or ride my bike.
Do you think that's okay?

What is the healthiest things for me to be eating?
I'm dieting, but I also want to make it a life style. Make it a change.
To always eat healthy, like dieting healthy.

So please tell me really healthy things to eat.
Only healthy, good for you with vitamins and no fats or anything.

Proteins-
Chicken (skin removed)
Tuna
Salmon
Tofu
Lean beef or pork
Buffalo
Turkey
Lentils
Soybeans
Eggplant
Eggs
Milk
Peanuts
Cashews
Sunflower seeds
Hemp seeds
Chickpeas
Pinto beans

Complex Carbohydrates-
Oatmeal
Brown rice (white rice is okay)
Whole wheat bread/pasta/cereal
Corn
Potatoes
Yams

8 cups of water everyday

Lots of fruits and veggies

That would be fruits, vegetables and maybe soy products. They dont contain fat but they fill you up. Beancurd, soya milk. Continue snacking on fruits and veg theyre good for you. As for the exercise usually the body starts to burn fat aft the 30min period from when you start so you should try at least an hour. Thats what i do.
