whats the old fashioned way of getting a six pack?

Best thing would be to hit up a personal trainer and have them show you. Last thing you want to do is be doing something wrong which will not give you results or even hurt you. Any gym will have personal trainers. Hit them up and go to town! Or you can hit up youtube and find some trunk and ab exercises. Gut busters, crunches, half crunches, full sit ups, bicycle pumps, cris cross sit ups, all of these will be what you want to try. Create a set the works best for you and go! Keep it up! You'll have a six pack in no time!

is there a regimend i should follow i know crunches,but i have no idea after that. i dont care if it takes awhile i just wanna get them a healthy way.

crunches, as you said.

dancing and shaking your hips helps.

just stretching out your arms above your head to the side and flexing your stomach muscles.

laughing can help a little.

eating well and fiber is good for a stomach to stay more fit and it will be easier to create muscle

(when your doing crunches remember to go to the side of your knees, because it will get those muscles that you usually aren't using)
