I want to lose ten pounds. I'm 120 and want to be 110. How long would that take? I mean, I think if I lose it I'll keep it off because I'm an exercise freak. I'm really muscular, but I have this layer of fat over my muscles. How can I lose it? Nothing seems to work. And fast!
