What's the relation between Tsubasa Chronicle and Cardcaptors?

I noticed that in the Tokyo revelations OAV, the Sakura that guides Sakura wears the same unifrom as the one in Cardcaptors.
I also noticed that in Yuuko's skop in xXxHolic, there's a replica of Sakura's star wand from Cardcaptors.
Also throw in the fact that the Sakura (clone, Watanuki's parent, not to be confused with the real Sakura) has the same star wand and magic circle.
I'm confused, and I need answers.
 
Tsubasa Chronicles encompass's all of CLAMP's worlds. Every single manga they've ever done is its own universe. And Tsubasa Chronicles travels to them and to new ones. So in the anime adaptation, we see Sakura from the Cardcaptors universe, help out Sakura from the Tsubasa Chronicles univserse (the Clow Country region is home base).

In some universes, people stay the same. In some, they have completely different personalities. But in every universe, there will always be another "them". Somewhere. Which is why there is a Sakura for the Tsubasa universe, a Sakura for the Cardcaptor universe, a Sakura in the xxxHolic universe, and so on.

If you're watching the OVA and just noticed this, then you need to read up on the Tsubasa Chronicles wikia. Because you just missed about 30 references to previous works and characters.
