You can get a used F150 or chevy silverado. Personally I like ford but have driven Chevy. Both are good trucks. If your lookin for smaller check out a Ford Ranger, Chevy s10 or some toyota.
Well, Bob...it sure seems from what you've stated that you'd be really happy with a Dodge Dakota! It's quite snazzy looking, does have a smaller wheelbase than full size pickups and you should be able to get it for less money. May not be able to get an '08 model for less than 10k; but, if you can be happy with an '07 or '06...it should be able to happen for that price. Check out www.max71.com and give them a call.
