at my school we were learning about AIDS.I don't remember about saying something in the classroom about the fact that only gay and addicts are more likely to get AIDS (sorry not so focused on the lesson;p). however when I was reading for the exams it was saying in a box in my book that " Gays and addicts are in danger to get AIDS.If I don't belong to these groups I am not in a risk!" This is an absolutely racist quote and I have no idea why they write these in books. However I would like to know more about this, why do gay have chance to get AIDS but straight don't?what's the difference?:s
