What's wrong with my Blackberry Torch?

So I've had my blackberry torch since last summer so it's practically new. I dropped it a couple of times, but I have a case for my phone. Lately it's been acting strange. Whenever I go to the home screen my apps won't work or my phone would just freeze. This happens every day. I wanted to know if I could contact at&t or something?
 
This happens a lot with the blackberry torches. It's a bug.

Call or go to the AT&T store where they will send you to another store where its only for fixing phones. They will most likely reset it and if it doesn't work then they will give you a refurbished phone.
 
send it to the head office, or to the shop where u bought ur phone to check out what really went wrong.
