whats wrong with my cellphone all the time i call someone i can hear them but they can't here me and it is not on mute. Can you help me fix this or is my cellphone broken and by the way it is a nokia flip phone.

If I were you I would take it back and have it replaced-its broken

if you want the technical answer, either your transmit audio on your transceiver has gone out, or the microphone is bad. Either way, it should be under warranty if it is less than a year and not Liquid damaged.Also you may want to check along the bottom of the phone for pocket lint stuck in the microphone. I have seen many phones where that it is the problem. Use a needle to gently clear out the opening. Gently being the key word..
