What's wrong with my LG Shine? Cell phone problem.?

Not to long ago when I emailed a photo that's on my computer to my phone it will send. But When I email it to my phone now It'll act weird. My Gmail or w/e Email address I used will send it but my phone wouldn't either get it at all or it'll get a message without the attachment. I used several email addresses but I still can't get it. Is there something wrong with it? What's happening? It's the LG Shine CU something.
