whats wrong with my LG shine? it keeps saying service detached & now it says no...

...network ALL THE TIME !? so yeah i have the one that slides up.
& its gold
& it has a sim card
& AAGGGH
I CANT USE MY STUPID PHONE
PLEAASE HELP
