Hello, when I look in the mirror up my nose I see this crusty crap, it's like a scab, and I have to pick it off or I can't breath and when I pick it off my nose starts to hurt really bad and bleed. And it is always killing me. When I pick it off and look in the mirror up my nose it looks like there's a spot missing in the inside of my nose.
