I got a new battery last week, and every night since then my alarm has been going off for no reason. Does it need to be reset? Was the battery installed improperly? What can I do to stop it from going off every night??
It is possible that the terminals are loose or weren't cleaned properly. If the car detects changes in current it will trigger the alarm. I would have them check your terminals.
