What's your favorite kitchen gadget?

My birthday is coming up this weekend and my mom wants me to make a list of things that I want for my birthday. I love to cook, so I've been trying to think of kitchen gadgets that I could use. What is your favorite kitchen gadget, or what do you think I should ask for? Thanks so much!
Also, what baking kitchen gadget do you like?

I love my kitchen aid mixer with all of the different attachments and for baking I love my can full of different shaped cookie cutters
