Its probably been asked here before but what do you believe is the funniest moment in family guy EVER ? For me its this bit early on in Episode 6 of Season 4 (which also features the Petercopter and the HindenPeter!)

IDK what episode it is but its when Peter forgot his memory. He and Lois had sex but Dwane Johnson was used to simulate that. It's so freaking hilarious when he does that!
