What's your opinion... am I the bad guy?

First, I'll give you some background information on this dilemma.So there is this couple, I'll just call them Jack and Jill for anonymousness.In the past summer, (when Jack and Jill had been going out for 2.5-3months.) Jill and myself got drunk, and made out. It was nothing major, AT ALL. I don't even think tongue was involved ha. At the time of the incident, Jack had been on vacation. When Jack returned, someone told him what had happened between Jill and I, he called me, I admitted it, apologized, said it was nothing, and then he said its okay and that he thought it was the funniest thing ever. Ever since that incident, maybe even before, Jack and I haven't been to close of friends anymore and every time him and Jill got into arguments he would blame it on me behind my back. I honestly didn't give two shits about that though, that shit is for fourth graders. Life moved on and now 8 months later in school today a tough guy came up to be at my locker to ask me why I did this that etc etc, he isn't too nice. I mean from what I understood the problem had already been rectified and this was just starting unneeded shit. And I know Jack sent this kid to me for no reason.Oh and I forgot to mention Jill and I were very good friends at the time, and nothing was up, I wasn't attracted to her, and quite frankly she kinda repulsed me.[not insultingly.]So what do you think I should do, I mean I'm not going to tell the principal and ruin my rep.
 
First of all... if you are still in high school, what the F are you and Jill doing getting drunk. Let that be lesson 1 about Demon Rum for you. You get drunk ONCE and you've got thugs looking you up. You can't handle your liquor, stay away.Secondly, I'd talk to Jack, and ask him why he sent this thug after you about something that happened a year ago. If Jack has a problem with it, then he should talk to you about it personally. Thirdly, I'd talk to your counselor or the Vice Principal for Discipline (or whatever he's called at your school), and advise him that this thug accosted you. You're not ruining your rep, you're protecting it. If the guy were to hit you, and you hit him back, you BOTH get suspended not just him. The administration needs to know what's going on to protect your position in school. If your school has peer mediation, engage it, so that you can get out of this mess without anyone getting hurt or suspended.If you try to ignore this, it won't go away.And remember, you got into this because you couldn't hold your liquor, so wait on that until you're older. And don't tell me you can hold your liquor, because you made out with a chick you think is repulsive. That's not cool.
 
ok well i think you are both the bad guys but more so you, im sorry to say. this guy will be constantly comparing himself to you as his gf kissed you so it will be constantly worrying he isnt as good/clever/whatever as you even tho you said you sorted it out. he must be very insecure. im surprised they are still together. i think you should just let whatever this guy wants to do let him do as out of the two of you, you were the one in the wrong in the beginning and just be a man and stand up to whatever this guy does. you are right, there isnt any point in telling the principal. just stay out the guy's and his gf's way for a while.
