I have to try out a new diet for the next two months according to the doctor, and I have to cut out all wheat and dairy products. While this is fine as I did something similar a few years ago, I can't get over the fact that I wont be able to bake scones or cakes normally for a while! Does anyone have any good recipes for baking, without the use of regular flour our milk/butter? It would really help if you could let me know the best wheat free flour etc as I have never tried to bake this way before! I have found recipes that are 'free from', tend to be only free from either wheat or dairy, not both!
