wheel bearings in a 99 kia sephia?

How do I know if these are going out? About a year ago, i replaced both the right and left cv axles. Now the front end is making a noise that is hard to describe, and when I asked a friend what it could be, that is what he mentioned.
 
well if you replace them seem like you would know what to look for but poping or a jerking when you drive or it shakes while your giving gas good bet they bad again but knowing what it sounds like be hard to say really easy to go to any shop and ask them to listen to it or check it
