I am thinking either A or B. But I would pick B. If a driver is sober, he weaves a little bit , then very quickly corrects himself. An impaired driver will keep driving erratically.

They are either a speedracer, has driving skills, is a pimp smashing on you, drunk or crazy....in a highspeed chase...list is endless..
