When Bush sought after "retroactive immunity" for abusing the 4th Amend did...

...pro-AIG bonus posters complain? ...as they now claim the AIG tax is unfair because it is "retroactive"?

BTW Bush received his retroactive immunity in the last anti-Constitutional FISA Bill Obama voted for.
