When did Taco Bell switch from plastic bags to cardboard trays?

I recently went to Taco Bell and received my food in a recycled cardboard tray. When did they switch their packaging? Just the other day I was at a different Taco Bell and they were using plastic bags still. Is Taco Bell trying to be more environmentally friendly? I am just curious, I personally hate the new trays. I know paper products decompose faster than plastic products but why not a paper bag?

Recycled cardboard for food? eeww That's really nasty.

They're probably just testing in some locations to see if people like it. The Taco Bell in my city still uses plastic bags.
