When did you start introducing cups?

My daughter in 6.5 months old. For about a week I've been letting her take sips of water or whatever I'm drinking (as long as its not sugar loaded, lol). She is actually taking it very well! She tries to take the cup, but I know if I let her it would just tip everywhere. lmao I started sippy cups early at 4 months, but she still have a couple bottles during the day.

Whenever they started eating solids I started an open cup of water....like on ounce until they get the hang of it.

I did the same with my daughter. I also gave her plastic cups to play with in the tub-- she would practice filling and dumping it. As long as she's switching over to the sippy cups, I wouldn't rush her as long as she starts weaning herself onto them by age 1. It sounds like she's doing that on her own, anyway, as did mine.
