When driving down a narrow road between cars, is there an accessory I can buy...

...to ensure I don't hit these cars? I drive in Chicago on really narrow streets in between cars on my right and left side. It's very hard for me to tell how close I am to the cars on my right and left sides. Does anyone sell an accessory like an extra mirror or some other device that would allow me to see how close the sides of my car are to the automobiles around me.
