The usual Champagne with frozen strawberries or something more exotic?

It's a warm night - what do you recommend? Thanks!!

Something that leads into your menu. If you are serving Italian food, then start with a dark red wine and cheese tray. If you are serving beef and potatoes, how about a really dark rum drink? If you are serving something light like salads, etc, then serve a clear drink like flavored martinis.

Pot of chili? Nothing but beer, of course. LOL

Guava & lime cocktail
