When I am capturing in Adobe Premiere Pro, an error message pops up ?

It says "Can't find capture inpoint. Try increasing preroll." I have played with the settings numerous times and have uninstalled and installed it twice. It was working fine before but this time it isnt. I havent found much help anywhere. Any ideas?
