When I get a new hard drive for my laptop will i have to download the drivers...

...for the dvd drive? My laptop fell off my shelf and screwed my hard drive so i had to get another one. when i install the hard drive will i have to download an .iso of the driver for the DVD Drive?? If so, can someone give me a link for the driver for Optiarc AD-7585H for an eMachines E627??
