iv had my period for about three years now and when i get my period i dont have the normal tummy craps but i get horrible back pain and i eather throw up pass out or its just so bad i can move its awfull!! my periods ant regular because i run...alot..but even when i dont run for several months they're still not regular. please help!!...my mom wants me to go on the pill to help the pain...and im a virgin if that matters..idk
