I am a very very healthy eater. I don't drink pop or eat sweets. I eat tons of fruit and veggies. I also work out four times a week. But for some reason when I go out to dinner or when I'm with my friends all I want to do is eat!! And I don't know why because I do so good when I am alone! I pick the healthiest options but it just doesn't work all the time.
Does anyone have suggestions or advice? And what would the healthiest food that is low in calories that I could get for a late night snack when I'm with my friends??
