...change this? i was reading other forums and they say that it is because it wasnt released from the BES sever but the place i got it from said it was.
 
it is on some kind of lock. on cell phones u can do a keypad lock which only allows u to call 911. u can also do another lock for children which only allows crtain numbers. just take it in to the phone dealer and they can do it
