...warm, but it blows cold air? After I start driving it blows just enough lukewarm to warm air for my windows to defrost, but as I drive the temperature gauge goes down and it blows cooler and cooler air. Is it the thermostat, am I able to fix it myself and is it expensive? Thank you.

It is a 2002 Chevy Impala
