when i start my computer it freezes at the desktop. Nothing in the icons tray loads.

? Well, if i constantly restart my computer it will eventually load, but majority of the time it will freeze at the desktop.

I have tried reinstalling windows XP, doing the whole repair thing, but it didn't work.

Has anyone had this problem? Anyone know a solution?
