well it could be that you have a fault some where in your connection because I was installing a friends system and every time the ground or power wire moved it would blow his fuse. It can also be that the fuse you have can't take so much power surging threw it that it overloads it and blows it before your wires get fried. That's all I can think of.

...help!!!! plzzzz? ok well i used to just run 2 speakers and 2 subs in my car. the subs are conected to an amp and the speakers run of the deck power. it all worked fine untill i got the great idea of putting 2 alpine speakers under my front seats. now everytime i turn it up to high it shuts off and blows the fuse conected to the yellow wire( the battery wire i think). but i dont think its because of the speakers, because i unpluged the speakers and it still went out, altho the volume was able to go up higher before it shut off and blew the fuse...again soo plzzz help me i need to fix this.. i have to listen to music loud when i drive.... if u have any questions ill answer them the best that i can... do u think if i hook the alpine's up to the amp to that it will be fine again?? or maybe i turned the amp up to high? would that have anything to do with it?
