When i updated my ipad, everything was deleted and my apps wont sync back!?

I hadn't updated my ipad 2 in a while. Then i upgraded it to 5.0.1 i think and i lost all of my stuff. When i synced it everything except my apps sync back but i see them in my apps library. I also have a lot of itouch apps in the library. Is there any way to sync all of my Ipad apps. i tried restoring it but it didn't work. Thank You!
 
For one, these apps may not be compatible with ios5, but since all of them are missing from the iPad, it's weird. To start, you can go to your music folder on your computer, then iTunes, then media, and finally mobile applications.
iTunes>iTunes Media>Mobile Apps
If all your apps are in this folder, you can try highlighting them all and then dragging them into your itunes window when the Apps tab (on left), is selected and opened. Be warned that if you havent synced for a while, these will probably not be all the apps that you had lately
 
just go to your ipad on itunes then go to the tab apps and sync apps then it might pop up all apps on the ipad will be deleted and say ok cause therre is no appps on right now then click the ones you want...........
