When i upgrade to windows 8.1,telling to uninstall hp security protocol

manager,i uninstall this apps but when? When i upgrade to windows 8.1,telling to uninstall hp security protocol manager,i uninstall this apps but when i try again to upgrading giving same error again and again.
Can any one help me that how to get rid off this error
