...I sue them? i have no mony to hire a lawyer ( obviously) and it was a few years ago, can I still sue them? will any one take my case, after I signed the papers saying I knew I was entitled to a lawer, and when I went to plead and the prosecuter approched me before I went to see the judge and gave me a plea bargain. before I agreed to it, I asked for a lawyer , he said he'd ask the judge, then said the judge said no. so I plead guilty to attempt so i could leave that day and i now have a misdemener on my record. this was in two thousand and nine .
