ok... more specifically.... mangatraders.com... would they be considered file sharing or illegal dling?

I'ts not really teh download site, but the ffile which you must consider. If the file comes from a program, or other media which is for sale in stores, and you are downloading it for free, then it is illegal. If the file is available from the manufacturer as free, then it is not illegal. The quick way to figure this is to check the manufacturer or original owner of the file or program.
