...prophecies? Look for true ones? Yeah, I can look for true ones, but what about the false prophecies?

As an example:
Ezekiel 29:10. And I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate. No foot of man shall pass through it. It shall be uninhabited for forty years.

How about this then:
Take all the false prophecies in bible and say they haven't happened yet. Take all the true ones and say they happened.

Is that how you church folks do it?
.
at RemRem: it is the number e, calculated to twenty decimal places. Look it up.

Is there such a thing has a true prophecy ne 1 can say something and a few thousand yrs later it may happen nothing magic al i add and sometime ppl put 2 & 2 together and come up with 16 i say leave it to the deluded

1Cor.14:34-35 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

1. there are NO false prophecies in scripture.
it is a HOLY, sacred book, the WORD of God.

2. Eze 29.10 hasn't happened yet.

' Take all the false prophecies in bible and say they haven't happened yet. Take all the true ones and say they happened.'
you can look at prophecies that way unless a time has been predicted. Did God predict WHEN eze 29.10 will take place ? no.

therefore, your attempt at mocking and derision exposes you to be a child of satan.

otherwise, PROVE to us that it is a FALSE prophecy.

when the messiah comes people will call him emmanuel

oh! false prophecy...

and yes, selecting passages happens all the time.

the scriptures are precept upon precept, because there are two different preceptors.

line upon line, here a little and there a little, to keep the truth from being contaminated.

I will open my mouth in parables and utter what has been hidden since the foundation of the world.

because,

if it were all the truth, then you would not need a shepherd to lead you in and out to find pasture.

the truth seeker seeks righteousness, to him the gatekeeper opens, the gate is righteousness.

if all of the Scriptures were righteous, then there would be no need of a gatekeeper.

If the scriptures were all righteousness then Grace need not have been exemplified,

If the scriptures were all truth, then The Truth need not have come.

When you read the scriptures, if what you read seems righteous, then it is the truth. If not then it is not.

Why do you not hear what Jesus says? It is because you cannot bear to hear it.

'cause if you did hear it, then you would begin to put as much effort into looking for the truth, as you now spend looking for the untruth.

the crux of the matter is, why do you look?

Would you begin to wax saviour?
