...reply? they are saying the item is not as described and they are going to report me to ebay for fraud and take it to the small claims court! this is ridiculous and extremely over the top, i item is as described!
 
At this point I suggest not replying to the user threatening to take you to court. Get a lawyer and ask them what to do first.
