When to start training a Lab puppy (six weeks)?

Besides housebreaking, what is a good thing to start him on first? Obviously walking on a leash but is 6 weeks too early to start obedience like sit, stay, etc. It's not a rescue dog, so don't give me that shit, and I'm not getting it spayed, so STFU. Thanks. He's AKC registered and Dam and Sire are bird dogs.
