When we consider the issue of introducing new foods, how do we do this?

Do we prepare full-sized portions? Do we offer this as a "side dish" to test the waters? Do we offer alternatives if a new dish is not an instant favorite?

Hello!
I would recommend introducing the foods slowly. Ensure you initially go for foods and flavors that won't shock; mild flavors in other words. I would go for the side dish approach (a few spoonfuls), and little by little, increase the amount.

I hope i helped, and Best of Luck! xx

you offer about a teaspoon to start with. For a few days to test for any allergy or reaction.
Then offer more.
Given after a feed.
Not usually untill 6 months.
It's very easy to make your own baby food. No salt or sugar and then freeze.
An ice cube tray is great to start with as it's the perfect size to introduce.
Healthier and cheaper too!
Introduce a new thing about a week apart to make sure of allergy/reaction.
