When were boost mobile phone bills suppose to be paid this month?

I have boost mobile but my mom pays the bill I think she said the bill is suppose to be paid on the 31 of each month since theres only 28 days this month was it suppose to be paid earlyer?.. My mom has my phone when I call it it says the person you are trying to reach is unavailable I have a voice mail but i dont remember if I took my voice message of .. what does that mean ?
